General Important Points

  1. Parents/Guardian's are requested to explain to the children not to go out of the School Premises alone or with any unauthorized person.
  2. Parents/Guardian's and students may not approach the school teachers or any other members of the staff or any type of favour and also not to give ups except with the permission of the principal.
  3. Every pupil is expected towards small school shows, local charities and is also expected to take an active part in the school fete, etc. as and when organized.
  4. The children may be taken out for/picnics, etc. to nearby places without informing the parents/Guardians in advance.
  5. Physical education is compulsory. Exemption will be allowed only on production of a Medical Certificate.
  6. Parents/Guardian's are requested to notify the principal of any change in their address or Telephone number immediately, to update the records.
  7. To avoid inconvenience, please Check up the Holiday list immediately, to update the records.
  8. If it is raining heavily on any particular day or there is any type of disturbance in the town, please ring up the school and inquire whether it is open or closed to avoid inconvenience to the children.
  9. Please do not change the Scholar (Registration) No. that has been allotted to a child. If the scholar (registration) No. is 100/96-97 it will remain 100/96-97 as long as the child is in this school. The Scholar (registration) No. of the child is to be quoted in all correspondence with the school.
  10. Parents/ Guardians are requested not to stand or park their vehicles in the middle of the approach road to the school nor in front of the school ,gate to avoid traffic jams/ accidents.
  11. Parents/ Guardians are requested to give suggestions for improving the playground.
  12. Please get your child vaccinated as and when required.
  13. The school authorities along with the Co-operation of the parents/Guardians are trying to maintain a good standard keeping in mind the all-round development of the child. Inspite of this we find that some Parents/guardians (though very few) are still not satisfied with our way of working. Such parents/Guardians are requested to kindly withdraw their children from the school in a graceful manner to avoid embarrassment to both the sides. If they have any points to discuss with the principal they may do so. Looking forward to your co-operation and support.
