Withdrawals

  1. A FULL CALENDAR MONTH'S WRITTEN NOTICE or a month tuition fee and bus fee in, lieu of such notice must be given before a child who is withdrawn from the school or the bus. This rule is applicable even in the case of a detained child who is withdrawn from the school.
  2. The application for a transfer/school leaving, certificate/withdrawal is there in the school diary which may be duly filled in by the parents/guardians. The fee collection record is to be shown to the school office at the time of submission of this application for the withdrawal.
  3. In case of parents/ guardians want to give any information regarding the withdrawal of their child/ward during the vacation they may do so by sending a registered acknowledgment Due letter.
  4. If a child is withdrawn from the school, the application for a transfer certificate/refund of over payment is to be given to the principal within 10 days of the date of withdrawal.
  5. In case you want to withdraw your child from the next session, then please inform the principal in writing latest by the 15th of April, otherwise it will be presumed that y the 15th of April, otherwise it will be presumed that your child will continue in the school. Please treat this as a very important feature as it will enable us to accommodate other children.
  6. The office requires at least 48 hours notice to complete the formalities and prepare the Transfer Certificate. A fee of Rs. 700/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate.
  7. No transfer certificate will be issued unless the Birth certificate has been deposited and all dues cleared.
  8. Any leftover books, copies, etc. of child who is withdrawn from the school must be collected from the office within 2 days of the date of withdrawal. The school will not be responsible for the things which are not collected within the above mentioned period.
  9. A Provisional Certificate on Payment of Rs.100 will be issued only if the fee (tuition and bus) for the full session is paid.
