Withdrawals
- A FULL CALENDAR MONTH'S WRITTEN NOTICE or a month tuition fee and bus fee in, lieu of such notice must be given before a child who is withdrawn from the school or the bus. This rule is applicable even in the case of a detained child who is withdrawn from the school.
- The application for a transfer/school leaving, certificate/withdrawal is there in the school diary which may be duly filled in by the parents/guardians. The fee collection record is to be shown to the school office at the time of submission of this application for the withdrawal.
- In case of parents/ guardians want to give any information regarding the withdrawal of their child/ward during the vacation they may do so by sending a registered acknowledgment Due letter.
- If a child is withdrawn from the school, the application for a transfer certificate/refund of over payment is to be given to the principal within 10 days of the date of withdrawal.
- In case you want to withdraw your child from the next session, then please inform the principal in writing latest by the 15th of April, otherwise it will be presumed that y the 15th of April, otherwise it will be presumed that your child will continue in the school. Please treat this as a very important feature as it will enable us to accommodate other children.
- The office requires at least 48 hours notice to complete the formalities and prepare the Transfer Certificate. A fee of Rs. 700/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate.
- No transfer certificate will be issued unless the Birth certificate has been deposited and all dues cleared.
- Any leftover books, copies, etc. of child who is withdrawn from the school must be collected from the office within 2 days of the date of withdrawal. The school will not be responsible for the things which are not collected within the above mentioned period.
- A Provisional Certificate on Payment of Rs.100 will be issued only if the fee (tuition and bus) for the full session is paid.
