School Property

  1. No child is allowed to travel by the school bus without the bus badge. The bus number on the bus badge should not be changed by the Parents/Guardians under any circumstances.
  2. All bus stops are decided by the school authorities.
  3. Sometimes due to breakdown or on account of shortage of accommodation in the school buses, a second trip may be arranged, and children may reach home late. Parents/ Guardians are requested to co-operate under such circumstances and bear with us. Any suggestion are welcomed.
  4. The bus timings may be changed during the sessions with prior intimation to the Parents/Guardians.
  5. If the Parents/Guardians have any complaints against the bus services/staff, they are requested to report the same immediately to the school office and not to discuss about it with the bus staff.
  6. The Parents / Guardians are responsible for bringing their wards to bus stops and also for collecting them from the bus stops on the return journey at the proper time.
  7. Children will NOT BE PICKED UP FROM OR DROPPED AT their door.
  8. Parents are requested not to take off the children from the bus at places other than the respective bus stops, temporary changes of bus stops will not be allowed.
  9. The children using the school buses will not be allowed to be taken back personally by the Parents/Guardians at the school closing time.
  10. Children must reach the stop on time in the morning leaving a margin of about 10 to 12 minutes on either side and must also be collected on time in the afternoon. The bus will not wait for the late corners.
  11. In case the Parents/ Guardian's are not present at the bus stop in the afternoon, the child may be dropped at the particular bus stop from where he/ she may go astray for which the school authorities, will not be held responsible.
  12. As there are limited seats in the bus, it is not possible for each child to get a seat so adjustments are made accordingly.
  13. No student should come near the entry/exit door until the bus has made a complete stop.
  14. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus!
  15. Children should neither hang out nor extend any part of their body outside the bus nor stand on the foot boards.
  16. The driver's attention must not be distracted for any reason.
  17. If any child is found being unruly or mischievous in the bus, he/she shall be debarred from the bus facility.
  18. No claim shall be made by the Parents/Guardian’s due to an accident of any nature, whether within the school Campus or outside.
  19. One way usage of bus facility is not entertained. The full bus fee must be paid even though for your own convenience a child is picked up or dropped either direction.
  20. In case of withdrawal from the school bus, one month's notice must be given in writing, or else one month's full bus fee will be charged in case no intimation is received, the bus fare will be charged for the full period till the intimation is given.
  21. The School bus facility once discontinued may not be available to a student if he/she wants to avail the bus services again.
  22. Students will not be allowed to withdraw from the bus service in December or May.
  23. In case of any kind of disturbance in the town, the parent's/Guardians of the children using the school bus may have to make their own arrangements for the children to be brought to and collected from the school after the closing time.
