Absence & Leave
- If a student is absent, a letter from the parents/ guardians must be brought to the principal or the class teacher giving the reason for absence failing which the child may not be allowed to sit in the class.
- It is noticed that some children remain absent from school during class days without any genuine reasons. This practice should be avoided. Absence on account of festivals, weddings etc. will not be appreciated.
- If a child is unwell, do not send him/her to school as the school authorities will not take the responsibility of sending him/her back home early.
- A student returning to school after an infectious or contagious diseases should produce doctor's certificate permitting him/her to do so.
- Parents/Guardians are requested not to send for or call away their children during school hours.
- No child is permitted to leave the school premises without the written permission of the Principal.
- If a parent/Guardian knows in advance that he/she desires his/her child to leave the school premises prior to the closing of school for any reason whatsoever a written request is to be submitted to the principal and written permission taken. An exit slip is to be filled in by the Parents/Guardians of a child who may be allowed to leave early.
